Well I have started teaching classes at Scrapbook Garden! What a thrill! I am so excited to share my creativity and meet new people! I have taught 3 classes now and I really enjoy it. How many people can say they absolutely love their job? Here is a layout I finished up tonight for one of my August classes. All the paper an embellishments are K & Company with the exception of the Bazzil cardstock I used to mat the photos. I found these photos of Haley I have been waiting to crop and the paper just looked so darn good with her outfit and the colors in the photo! Thanks for poppin' in. Hope you're havin' a great weekend!

Birthday Bella
I made a birthday bella last night and forgot to take a picture of her to post, however when I got to work this morning one of my co-workers liked it so well she ordered one for her sister's bday. I decided I hadn't used my Coluzzle for a while so I broke that out to do the ovals. I love the look of the embossing folders from Cuttlebug so I thought I would give that a whirl. Not too bad! I am really getting into these little bella gals! I was checking out the bella site and saw she has a few new girls in town. I just may have to check them out. Have a great evening and a happy FRIDAY tomorrow! Toni

Fun with embossing powder
I decided to try my hand at a new technique. Well at least it is new to me. This was supposed to be cracked glass. I didn't have any ultra thick embossing powder so I used several layers of regular clear embossing powder. The card turned out fine as far as the design and colors but I really wanted more of a cracked glass effect. Oh well this one will make a cute card for my sis. The stamp is from River City Rubber Works. Those gals are so much fun! They have the neatest stuff out there. Some of their stamps make you giggle! Check them out...I have added a link to their store on the side of my blog. They have some pretty cool classes too. My girls went out there a few weeks ago and took a kids class and loved it! They used the bind it all tool to make little 3x3 mini books. Anyway thanks for peeking in. I have to make a bday card for a friend and then it is off to bed. You know I need my beauty sleep! Hee Hee!!

Playing Catch Up
Last night I got together with a couple of friends to scrapbook. It seems like it has been a long time since I have scrapbooked anything for myself. I have been so busy working two jobs or making stuff for other people that I haven't had the opportunity to do anything for myself. So this week I just decided I wasn't going to scrapbook for anyone other than me! It felt so good! I worked on pages for Haley's book. She will be starting 7th Grade next month (where in the world does the time go?) and I just scrapbooked her 5th Grade Graduation pictures! They had a little graduation on the last day of school since the kids move over to the Jr. High in 6th grade here. Hope your weekend is going well. Thanks for peeking in!

The Fourth of July
I just had to post this picture of our niece! It cracks me up! She is the youngest of 12 kids in her family. We managed to get some pretty cute pics of her in her little swimming suit but when I got this one with the goggles...what a riot. It rained here in the evening so the kids only got to do a few fireworks...what a bummer. Oh well there's always next year! Thanks for stopping by. Have a great night! Toni

Bella Birthday Card
Hey everyone,
I was so excited about this card! This was not my first Bella but it is the first one I have managed to take a picture of. This card is for one of our cousins that just had a birthday. I had the 4th of July paper and I thought what the heck it's an early July birthday...let's use it! So there you have it! Thanks for peeking in. Hope you are having a great weekend! Toni

Father's Day
Hi Everyone,
It has been a while since I blogged. I guess life has just been busy this summer. I picked up a second job at Scrapbook Garden to help out with some unexpected bills we had come up. But hey it could be worse...I could be digging ditches! One thing I have learned from my husband is to try to look at the bright side of things. I don't know what I would do with out him. He is a great dad and husband. The Lord has blessed me abundantly! Here are a few Father's Day cards I made. I thought I could use a flower as long as I dressed it up with a screw brad! Thanks for stopping in! Hope you had a great 4th! ~Toni
