Birthday Booklet

Here is a fun little project that I did last night. I made this little book for my mom as a memory of her birthday this year. This is such a simple and inexpensive project and is very versatile. The color concept came from the sticker sheet that I found, they had all these great blue, green and browns and I matched my papers up with them. The base of the booklet is made from half a sheet of 12x12 cardstock cut in 4 6x3 inch pieces. I chose 3 different patterned papers (12x12) that complemented each other and only used about half of each one of them. Then I threw in a few buttons, ribbons and small tags and presto! fun book! Thanks for checkin in on me! Hope you're having a great week so far!

Oh it's so cute! I remember you telling me about this idea...it turned out GREAT. :)

And I know....after as long as I've been in the Garden you'd think NOTHING would surprise me. Guess I'm just in La La Land. ;)
