Extreme Teen

Well here is a class that I am teaching at Scrapbook Garden. When I first got this kit I knew exactly who I want to photograph. We don't have a boy that would fit the "teen discription" so of course I picked our nephew Andrew. He is Mike's godson and he is also graduating this year from high school. So I called him and asked him to come over so I could shoot some photos of him for this layout I was doing. He is an artist and he has his own style...check out his shirt...he drew the design. He is such a down to earth kid. He comes from a family of 12 kids so being down to earth kinda comes with the territory! He hadn't had senior pictures taken yet and he liked the ones that I took so well he just had them made into wallets. wowie do I feel honored. I just played around with them a bit in Picasa and I thought they came out pretty good but for him to like them that much made me feel good.

On another note, Mike has been out to play golf twice this week. He hasn't been walking the course, he has been riding in the cart with his buddies...secretly I think this is how he gets them to pay for the cart...will see how long he plays that card! No, honestly the doctor said he needed to ride until he had his stress test on the treadmill on June 10th. This test will tell us exactly the damage to the heart. He said that he thinks the exercise has been good for him though. He said he feels good after he plays. Thanks for checkin' in will talk soon!

I love the layout. Fits Andrew perfectly. I'm so glad he liked them. I told you that you could do it.
